Leadership Coaching

To help senior leaders make the leap from managing and doing to truly leading, CCA provides highly specific leadership coaching for companies in a variety of industries, giving participants the tools to move their organizations forward with persuasive and inspiring actions and interactions.

Our coaching programs are fully customized to address the unique challenges and environment of the leader. We don’t have a standardized, off-the-shelf program of courseware or generic materials. Instead, we “start where you are” to make sure that our programs deliver maximum value and relevance. Using this approach enables us to work both on honing the skills of experienced executives and on developing the next generation of outstanding leaders.

We believe that true leadership begins with a mindset of wanting to accomplish something great, and then comes to fruition through clear communication of this mindset to internal and external audiences. And our approach recognizes that communication isn’t just what you say. You also communicate – perhaps even more forcefully – through your actions and your relationships. Focusing on these actions and interactions unlocks powerful new tools for building support for important initiatives and encouraging those around you to strive for greatness.

We begin the coaching process by talking with you and listening intently to determine your personal needs and wants, as well as the goals and objectives of the coaching. We then conduct confidential interviews with your peers, superiors, and subordinates. These in-depth interviews use open-ended, probing questions to uncover hidden issues and develop an honest assessment of your strengths and weaknesses.

Next, we work with you to interpret the interview findings and identify opportunities for growth in the areas of mindset, relationships, and communication with internal and external audiences. We also set leadership goals, and tie those personal goals to the short- and long-term objectives of the organization.

With these goals established, we then conduct a series of private coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs. During these sessions, we establish strategic and tactical plans for achieving your leadership objectives – including identifying critical near-term issues ­– and conduct specific skill-development activities that give you the tools needed to clearly and convincingly communicate your vision to any internal or external audience.

Participants in our leadership coaching programs emerge with the knowledge and skills they need to preserve and enhance their own credibility in any situation, and lead their organization to greatness by inspiring those around them.
