Allison Iversen has over 20 years of regulatory experience in oil, gas, and pipelines, focusing on state and federal permitting and regulatory requirements. Her diverse background includes worker health and safety, environmental protection, state and federal regulatory compliance, regulatory oversight, and safety management systems. Throughout her career, Allison has focused on learning and continuous improvement, driving teams – at the executive, management or individual contributor levels – looking for new ways to achieve improved results.

While with the state, Allison led public hearings, partnered with multiple state and federal agencies for improved and coordinated oversight, and directed oil, gas, and pipeline compliance and regulatory enforcement actions. More recently, she led an oil and gas pipeline organization through complex regulatory investigations, compliance negotiations, crisis management, and safety culture improvements. Whether representing the government or industry, Allison employs a direct and transparent communications approach with workers, regulators, and other stakeholders, and lives by CCA’s “truth runs for daylight” maxim.

Allison received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a Concentration in Environment and Natural Resources from the University of Wyoming.
