ED WEPPRECHT Senior Consultant
As an engineer and retired attorney, Mr. Wepprecht brings a unique perspective to client issues and problem-solving. He provides our team an extra dimension of insight when analyzing the corporate impact of scientific, medical, legal, technical, and other public issues. Much of his command of technical and scientific issues is drawn from early career experience with General Electric Heavy Military Electronics Division and Western Electric Service Division. Wepprecht’s interest turned to marketing and sales as he led sales teams for Lucent Technologies, and later for high tech start-ups. His experience provided him with a strong conviction for which communication tactics work, and which ones don’t. With CCA teams, he prepares witnesses for cross-examination, nuclear plant teams to defend their actions in front of regulators, pharmaceutical and medical device researchers for high-stakes health authority interactions, and executives for stakeholder communication. Mr. Wepprecht holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School.
