BASCOM “DIT” TALLEY, III Senior Consultant
Mr. Talley has blended his experience in corporate America and his work in the government sector into founding Corporate and Government Consulting, Inc., a DC-based management and consulting firm. Talley teaches at Johns Hopkins University in the Division of Public Safety Leadership, and coordinates their Master of Science Intelligence Analysis Programs. He brings broad and formidable expertise in customized team building, facilitation of organizational problem solving, and development of interpersonal communication skills. He has published many articles and training manuals for use in diverse settings. His natural classroom skills are a perfect fit for CCA’s highly participative learning process. When preparing for a high-stakes situation, clients tap into Talley’s facilitative strength to build positive team presentation messages and strategy. Mr. Talley holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and three master’s degrees with an emphasis in Social Ethics. He is currently a candidate for a DMin degree at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC.
