
JENNIFER RUYS Consultant
As a communication strategist and coach, Ms. Ruys draws from a deep issue-driven experience base. She is a former television news journalist, Corporate Communication Director for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline, and was National External Affairs Director for BP until 2003. She has been involved in preparing CCA clients for Congressional hearings, court cases, and other high stakes situations. Among her diverse assignments for CCA, Ms. Ruys has served as a communication strategist for a Sarbanes-Oxley case, witness development coach for a $5b electric utility case, and “orals” coach for a multi-billion dollar military intelligence contract. She has also prepared several pharmaceutical teams for high risk FDA advisory committee meetings. Ms. Ruys holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Seattle University.
